Terms of Service • Illustration Commissions
By making a payment or confirming a commission, you automatically accept the terms and conditions detailed below.
1. General
• I only accept original characters (OCs), fanart, or designs with express permission from the owner.
• Prices and delivery deadlines may be adjusted based on the actual complexity of the request.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission without needing to provide an explanation.2. Commission Process
1. Contact: Discussion and agreement on the details of the order.
2. Payment: Full payment upfront to secure your slot.
3. Sketch: Delivery of an initial proposal for approval.
4. Lineart & Base Color: Progress update for approval of structure and color palette.
5. Final Delivery: Sending the final high-resolution file (recommended format: PNG).3. Revisions
• Major Revisions: Includes 2 free revisions per stage (sketch and base color stages).
• Minor Revisions: Small color adjustments or minor details are unlimited while the work is in progress (as long they made sense).4. Payments & Currency
• Currency: USD.
• Accepted Methods: PayPal, Lemon Cash.5. Delivery Times & Communication
• Estimated Turnaround: Between 7 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and my current queue.
• I will keep you updated on the progress periodically.
• Replies: If I don't reply immediately, please be patient. I will respond as soon as I can.
• Rush Orders: Urgent requests are subject to a +40% surcharge on the total value and will receive priority in the queue.6. Copyright & Usage Rights
• All illustrations are for personal use only.
• Promotion: I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
o If you require complete privacy (meaning the artwork will not be published anywhere), a +20% surcharge will apply.
• Strict Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to resell the digital file, modify it, claim it as your own, or use it for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training.7. Cancellations and Refunds
• No partial or full refunds will be issued once the payment has been sent. Please make sure you are absolutely certain before purchasing.
• Once the final high-resolution file is delivered, no further changes, subsequent modifications, or returns will be accepted (unless it is a mistake or omission on my part).8. Restricted Content
I do not accept under any circumstances:
❌ Extremely explicit content, excessive gore, or hate speech.
❌ NSFW
❌ Orders that infringe on third-party copyrights.
❌ Any illegal themes or content that I do not feel comfortable working with.
